Answer

When completing up a call task associated to a sequence you can choose and bypass the 'Call Disposition' with the 'Sequence Action' to decide wether to follow the Call Disposition rule or to keep/finish the prospect in the sequence.

  • Automatic: it will keep the prospects in the flow of sequence, meaning that they will go through the sequence as intended, ie after step#1 is completed, they move to step#2, or they'll be finish as per the sequence ruleset.
  • Advance: it will move the prospects forward a step in sequence despite the result of the task, ie using the sequence action to move a prospect to step 2 from step 1 regardless of any conditions on the task.
  • Finish: it will finish the prospect in sequence.

Additional Information

Please note that if a trigger is in place, selecting one of the "Sequence Actions" may not influence whether the sequence is completed or not; however, if there is only the sequence ruleset, then the prospect will follow the selected action through that sequence action.
