Objective
The purpose of this article is to provide guidance to Outreach Admins on embedding the Smart Account Plan directly into Salesforce Account records.
The Smart Account Plan widget allows Outreach account strategy and insights to be surfaced inside Salesforce, enabling sales teams and leaders to view and update account plans without leaving the CRM.
This reduces context switching and increases visibility into Outreach-generated account intelligence.
