Does Outreach support state and country abbreviations?

Answer

Yes, Outreach recognizes both state and country abbreviations as well as their full spellings. When mapping a field from Salesforce to Outreach, it will display according to how it is configured, whether abbreviations or full names are used.

For example, if you map "California" instead of using its abbreviation, Outreach will display the field as "California."
