Enable SMS Email Notifications in Outreach

Objective

Enable SMS email notifications to ensure that an email is received if texts are missed.

Applies To

  • Outreach Users
  • Voice

Before You Begin

  • For this feature to be visible, SMS needs to be able for the organization

Procedure

  1. Log in to Outreach.
  2. Click Personal settings.
  3. Navigate to Voice > Notifications.
  4. Toggle Get notified by email if you miss a text on.
  5. Click Save changes.
