Answer
The default behavior for `Sforce-Auto-Assign` with the Outreach to SFDC CRM integration is:
- If it’s an update, Outreach sets Sforce-Auto-Assign to false
- If it’s a create and owner is present, Outreach sets Sforce-Auto-Assign to false
- For other cases, Outreach does not set the header (so it uses SFDC default which is true)
