Objective

The purpose of this article is to provide information to Outreach Admins regarding IP addresses used for Outreach connection to outbound servers.

Notes

  • The IP addresses listed in this article are not the IP addresses of outgoing emails—those are determined by the email provider (Gmail, Sendgrid, etc.). 
  • Add these IP addresses to the Outbound (SMTP) mail server's approved inbound list as applicable. 
  • Your org's Outreach Production Environment (aka bento) can be found in your Outreach app Org Info.

Outreach Connection to Outbound Server

Outreach will connect to your SMTP server from the following IP addresses. These source IP addresses are the same for the connectivity to retrieve email using Exchange Web Services (EWS).
