Connect and Sell: Setting up the Outreach Integration

Objective

The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Admins  in configuring Connect and Sell with Outreach.

Notes: 

Setting up the ConnectAndSell Outreach Integration consists of 4 key activities:

• Configure the API connection between ConnectAndSell and Outreach
• Mirror the Call Dispositions within ConnectAndSell and Outreach
• Build a Test Call List
• Load the Test Call List and Verify Data Flow between Outreach and ConnectAndSell

Procedure

1. Log into Connect and Sell
2. Open the Company Settings Page
   
3. Scroll down to the Outreach API Credentials section
   
4. Click Verify Credentials
5. In the resulting pop up window click Authorize
