Outreach does not have the ability to intercept calls to numbers that are not directly purchased within platform. As such, for incoming calls to personal numbers (such as cell phones, internal POTS lines, VOIP lines, or any number that was not directly purchased within Outreach voice services) we will not display those calls within platform.
Work around: The only workaround we have available for this situation is to either manually log the call within platform or to purchase an Outreach supported number from within platform to which inbound calls will appear from within platform.
