How To Delete Tags From Outreach Records

Objective

The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Users in removing tags to from features and records in Outreach.

Procedure

1. Access the Outreach Platform.
2. Navigate to the applicable list view. 
   Example: To remove a tag from a prospect or group of prospects, click on the Prospect icon.
3. Click to select the applicable records. 
4. Click the Tags icon and select Remove Tags.
5. Select a tag from the list or type to search for a specific tag.
6. Click Remove.
