Overview
After the CRM has been connected to Outreach, the CRM sync configuration will appear on the CRM landing page.
Type Mappings
The landing page displays the different objects within a CRM and the different options available to connect to those objects. The options that are chosen control the flow of data between Outreach and the CRM for those objects.
Limits
The Limits section allows an Administrator to set limits on how many API calls Outreach is allowed to make on a given day. The API calls available are designated by the CRM and if you need additional API calls, we recommend reaching out to your CRM representative.
- Global API Call Usage is the number of API calls used by all applications connected to the CRM that require API calls.
- Outreach-Specific API Call Usage breaks down the Global API call usage to illustrate how many API calls Outreach is using.
In the above example, of the 2,483 total API Calls used by all platforms connected to the CRM, 821 of those API Calls originated with Outreach.
Pause and Resume the Sync
To pause and resume the sync, simply toggle between the two using the button appearing on top of the API calls limit.
More Options
The more options menu offers the ability to Export error logs, Advanced settings such as Merge and Delete, Import/Export CRM Sync configuration, and Reconnect/Disconnect with CRM. To access the more options, click on the ... menu in the right-top menu.
