Learn how to change your own Outreach user login credentials (password and/or email).

Applies To
- Outreach Users
- Outreach organizations that are not using their own single sign on (SSO) method
Procedure
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Click your user initials (avatar) in the bottom left corner of the navigation sidebar.
- Click Personal Settings.
- Under General, click Email and Password.
Note: Don't see this option? Your organization may be utilizing SSO or you may not have access due to governance settings. Please contact your Outreach admin for further assistance. - Click Change Password.
- Enter the new password.
- Click Submit to save the updates.
- Log out and test your changes to confirm.
