Purpose:
The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Users in resetting login credentials for Outreach Users.

Notes:
- Some Outreach views and options require admin-level governance permissions. If the options outlined in this article are unavailable, contact the Org’s Outreach Administrator as applicable. For more information regarding governance profile settings, refer to the Governance Profile Settings Overview article.
- This article discusses the process of Outreach Users updating their login credentials. For more information regarding Admin processes for resetting login credentials, refer to the How To Reset Outreach User Passwords - Admin Process article.
- Users with Single Sign On (SSO) permissions must contact their Outreach Admin for password assistance.
- If the User has unsubscribed from Outreach's automated emails, they will not receive links required to reset their credentials.
- If Users are unable to perform the steps outlined in this process, contact your Org's Outreach Administrator.
Reset Login Credentials on Login:
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Input the applicable email and click Next.
- Click Forgot Password.
- Input the applicable email address and click Submit.
Outreach sends a password reset link via email to the email address provided. Note: Password reset links will expire in 72 hours from receipt. - Click the reset link and create a new password.
- Click Submit.
The User's password is reset. Refresh Outreach to test the login.
Note: If you are still unable to login to the Outreach platform, contact your Outreach Administrator as applicable.
Reset Password from Login:
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Click the User's initials (avatar) in the bottom left corner of the navigation sidebar.
- Click You in the User Admin section in the Settings panel.
- Click General in the menu bar and click Change Login Credentials.
- Input the required information and click Submit.
The User's login credentials have been successfully updated, and the User can test the login.
