A new “Account Plan Updated” column in the accounts list page displays key information such as which tile was last updated, who made the last update and when, which tiles have been changed or not touched, and how many prospects were added to the Prospect Relationship Map, broken down by sentiment.
Additionally, the new “Account Plan Last Update” filter allows users to quickly identify accounts with no Account Plan started or locate accounts by the last update date.
Admins can configure the Account Plan layout for their organization to ensure accurate tracking. By default, Outreach’s Smart Account Plan layout is applied. To learn more, view the support article.
Meeting Attendees Sync
Improve reporting on meetings by syncing all meeting invitees from Outreach to Salesforce.

All prospects and users on the meeting invitation list, along with their RSVP status, can now be synced to Salesforce with three new mappings.

There will be three new mappings: Accepted invitees, Declined invitees, and Undecided invitees. In the event that the meeting attendee does not exist in Salesforce, a new record will be created and they will be synced only if outbound record creation (for User, Contact, Lead objects) is enabled for Outreach in Salesforce. - The Activity tab within an account will now show "meeting held” and “meeting-no show” events to give you a better overview of meeting engagement. For meetings held, you’ll also see information such as Kaia topics, reactions, and a meeting summary. This gives you better visibility into which meetings actually happened and which didn’t.
- In the Account and Prospect list views, a new column called “Activity” has been added to show a histogram of email, call, and meeting activities of the past three months. This new column is added by default in Smart Views.

Updated ‘Team Activity’ Layout: A new ‘Team Activity’ tile has been added, and the pre-configured Team Activity layout found under ‘Outreach Layouts’ has been updated to mirror the Team Activity report. The standalone Team Activity report has been removed as a result.
Custom Date Ranges: Users can now add custom date ranges using the date picker.
Customizable Tile Headers: Tiles can now be renamed when editing a report to enable the ability to distinguish between multiple versions of the same tile. For example, three instances of the Leaderboard tile can be named differently based on the metric they are filtered for.
Enhanced Drill-in: Prospects contacted now includes sequence and sequence. Call outcomes now includes prospect seniority.
