With Texting Email Notifications, when you receive a text message you’ll get an email notifying you each text message conversation with unread messages. Every four minutes, Outreach will check the platform for unread text messages. If there are unread messages, you’ll receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org, which will include a list of the prospects name with a link to the conversation.
You can click on the link to open Outreach to the prospects text message to quickly reply.
