Objective
The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach users in accessing CRM plugin settings within Outreach to update and manage syncing functionality between Outreach and a CRM.
For more information on adding a CRM plugin to Outreach, testing CRM syncing, and managing CRM functions, refer to the applicable articles.
Note: you need to have and Admin Profile to access the Administration Settings.

How To Access CRM Plugin Settings in Outreach
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Access the Administration Settings menu from the bottom left corner of the navigation sidebar.
- Under the Integrations section, click CRM.
