Q: What is a text editor, what will I use it for?
A: A text editor is a type of program that edits plain text such as Notepad, Word, etc., and is commonly used for composing communications.
Q: Do I have to install anything to use international characters in the new Text Editor?
A: International characters are an inherent feature of the new Text Editor. Once the new Text Editor is enabled, users will be able to use the supported languages based on their computer's settings.

Q: Can I edit existing text editor content with international characters?
A: Creation of content and composing emails will work as it has before. When a user goes to edit any content, that content will open up, edit, and save in the new text editor.
Q: Can the feature be disabled?
A: Yes. Users can either disable the Text Editor/Compose feature or revert back to using English.
Q: What languages are supported in Text Editor?
A: The editor generally supports any alphabet-based language (Latin/Roman, Cyrillic characters, such as English, Spanish, Russian, etc.), as well as logographic languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean).
Note: While text from right-to-left writing systems (e.g., Arabic and Hebrew) may be entered into the editor, the output may not always display in the correct direction.
