The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Admins in disabling fallback sync options on plugin types.
Disabling fallback sync options on the plugin types ensures duplicate tasks are not synced into Salesforce.

How to Disable Fallback Sync Options
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Access the Plugin Settings.
- Click the Contact object.
- Click to disable the Fallback to associate activity with most recent Opportunity in Salesforce option.
- Click Save.
The fallback sync options have been disabled.
