Complementary to the ease with which Smart Views can be created, saved, applied, and edited, the options by which you can filter and sort data on a given feature page are exhaustive, and also depend on the feature you are using. While impractical to list in full for every Outreach feature and page, the exact filter and sort options will naturally differ from Prospects to Tasks to Sequences, and so on, due to context and available fields.
The options to Add filter and Sort by are available just above the data table on most feature pages in your Outreach application.
To add a record as a favorite, hover to the right of the name of the record, and a star will appear that can be clicked to add to favorites.
Once these selections are configured to your needs for a given data set, you can click Save view to retain and easily reuse these options later as needed.
