Purpose:
The purpose of this article is to provide information to Outreach Users regarding the Email Sequence Reporting analytics in Outreach.

Sequence Reporting: Email Overview:
The email overview is separate from the prospect overview, as it deals with all emails sent from a sequence. Keep in mind, the total deliveries will be a much larger number than the total number of prospects in a sequence.
Sequence Insights can be found by clicking on the "Insights" tab on the top of the sequence page.
This is the default view of your sequence statistics regarding email deliveries when you go to your sequence overview page:
Hovering over the same statistics on the sequence overview will reveal the actual number of emails in each category:
| Label | Calculation |
|---|---|
| Deliveries | Total number of emails delivered from every step in the sequence. |
| Opens | Total number of emails opened divided by the total number of deliveries. |
| Clicks % | Total number of emails where a link was clicked divided by the total number of deliveries. |
| Bounces % | Total number of bounced emails divided by the total number of deliveries. |
