How do I edit and update the email confirmation that prospects receive when a meeting is booked?

Objective

When a prospect books a meeting with me, they receive an email confirmation. I want to edit and update that email they receive.

Applies To

  • Prospects booking a meeting with you via your public calendar URL

Procedure

  1. Hover over your initials in the bottom left
  2. Click Personal settings
  3. Click Calendar setup under the Meetings section
  4. Here you can edit and update the Default meeting type field
  5. Click Save at the bottom

The meeting type is the template or invite confirmation that prospects receive when they book a meeting with you. You can view your available meeting types by clicking on the Meetings page on the left side navigation bar, then clicking on the Meetings types tab at the top.
