Bounced prospects in sequence report

Objective

This is for users who would like to see a list of prospects who bounced within all sequences.

Procedure

1. Click the gear icon in the lower left-hand corner (above your initials)
2. Scroll down on the left all the way to the bottom
3. Under System activity, click Sequence states
4. Next to the Add filter button on the left, clear the default filter of Sequencer is you if you want to see all prospects across all users.
5. Add a filter for State is Bounced or click the Bounced box at the top of the page
