Objective

This article aims to cover some of the common reasons why authenticating a mailbox fails.

Applies To

  • Outreach admins.
  • Outreach users.

Procedure

  • Follow the recommend steps to authenticate a mailbox into Outreach:
    How To Connect a Primary Email to Outreach.
  • Clear cache and cookies and refresh your mailbox and Outreach (you'll be required to sign in).
  • Disconnect and reconnect the mailbox:
  • Ensure the mailbox in Outreach is an exact match of your email address (case sensitive).
  • If your organization uses SSO, seek further assistance from your local IT team.
  • If you're still unable to authenticate the mailbox, contact Outreach support.
