My sequence has disappeared. I cannot find it when searching for it.

Symptom

When searching for certain sequences on the Sequence page, you're not able to find them, but you know they exist.

  • Searching for Sequences on the Sequence page

Resolution

From the Sequences list view page, try adding a filter for State > is > Archived.

Cause

The sequence was updated and archived/locked, by you, an admin, or another user that has permission to do that. When a sequence is archived, it no longer appears in the default list view to avoid clutter. You must add the appropriate filter for the sequence state to find it if it's archived.
