When do the reports refresh and update in Outreach?

Answer

The Outcome, Team performance, Sequence performance, and Sales Execution reports are on a daily 24-hour refresh cadence. The specific refresh time is normally between 8am - 10am US PST. If you do not see these reports updating by 10am PST, please let our support team know and we'll be happy to assist.

The Overview and Pipeline generation reports are on a 15-minute refresh cadence. These will update and refresh throughout the day every 15-minutes.

When viewing the reports, it shows when it was last updated in the top right.
