Outreach Everywhere Chrome Extension Settings

Objective

The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach users in navigating the Outreach Everywhere Chrome Extension.

Hover over the left edge of the Outreach Everywhere panel then click the left-facing arrow to expand it.
Note: Alternatively, log in to the full Outreach platform application and proceed below.
In the bottom left corner, click your initials > Personal settings.
In the Outreach Everywhere tile, click Outreach Everywhere settings.
Mange your settings as needed.
Click Save.

Open Outreach Everywhere in a Separate window: With Window mode, the Outreach content is launched in a separate window that snaps perfectly to the side of your browser. This makes the chrome extension immediately responsive to the web content you are on, and keeps up with your workflow as you move between different pages.
Auto-detect phone numbers: With Window Mode enabled, whenever clicking on a decorated phone number on a website, Outreach Everywhere will attempt to dial it.
Enable Universal Task Flow: With Window Mode enabled, you can have other websites such as Salesforce or LinkedIn bring up the associated Prospect's records while completing your Tasks within Outreach, so that you can easily review information and complete your work more efficiently. Need help? Currently, Outreach Support AI Assistant and contact options are not available in the Outreach Everywhere extension. Please log in to the Outreach web application (which also provides access to live chat and voice support) or the Outreach Support Portal (from which you can open a help request through our web form or our AI Assistant).
