Can I include a text hyperlink in the meeting type or meeting description?

You cannot include text hyperlinks into the meeting type's description box. There is no feature for this because this only applies to meeting events. When a meeting is booked, it doesn't send a full email message, and instead a meeting invite/confirmation with the description is sent.

If you want to include any additional links, you will have to copy and paste the full URL/link into the meeting's description.
