How To Configure Missed Text Email Notifications in Outreach

Objective

The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach users in enabling or disabling the email notification feature in the Outreach platform if text messages are missed. 

Applies To

  • Outreach Users

Procedure

  1. Access the Outreach Platform.
  2. Click on the user's initials in the bottom left-hand corner of the navigation sidebar.
  3. On the Personal Settings landing page, click Notifications under the Voice menu.
  4. On the landing page, click to enable or disable the Get notified by email if you miss a text option under Notifications.
  5. Click Save.

Your account has been successfully updated.

Note: Notifications are sent to users within five minutes after a message is received. Notifications are one email per conversation if the conversation state changes from Read to Unread.
