Why Aren't My Calendar Invites Including my Personal Meeting Link?

Symptom

When sending a meeting invite through Outreach, even though a user's personal calendar settings do include configured Conference URL or Conference Details, these links aren't showing on the calendar invite sent to the prospect.

Resolution

Make sure the variables for {{sender.conference_url}} and/or {{sender.conference_details}} are included in the Meeting Type being used. This information needs to be configured for every Meeting Type, it is not applied by default. Most organizations include the Sender Conference URL variable in the "Location" field of the Meeting Type, and the Sender Conference Details variable (if using it at all,) in the Description field of the Meeting Type, as shown here.

Cause

Not having the appropriate variables to reference the configured Sender Conference URL and Sender Conference Details in the Meeting Type in use.
