Why Did the Trigger Not Fire When Prospect Meets All the Conditions?

Created by Ivana Milićević, Modified on Sat, 14 Mar at 4:05 PM by Aye Myat

Applies To

  • Newly created triggers
  • Existing prospects

Answer

If the trigger was created after the prospect's creation, and the trigger event is set to fire when the prospect was created or updated, then you would need to update all the existing prospects that meet the criteria. Only then trigger will fire and action on the prospect who meets the conditions.

Additional Information

The trigger will fire for the prospects who are created/updated moving forward, but for the existing (historical records) who meet the conditions, they should be updated.
