Managing Kaia Ingestion Settings

Objective

Learn to manage Kaia ingestion settings for Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Webex.

Applies To

  • Outreach Admins
  • Kaia

Before You Begin

  • Ingestion controls are available when the provider is deployed and user-level authentication is enabled

Procedure

  1. Log in to Outreach as an Admin.
  2. Click Administration > User Management > Access Control.
  3. Navigate to Kaia meetings.
  4. For the connected provider, the following options can be toggled on or off:
    • Kaia Live participation
    • Kaia post-meeting recording ingestion
  5. Click Save.
