Objective
Enable the ability to connect activities to closed or lost deals in order to receive complete context around an opportunity.
Applies To
- Outreach Admins
- Deals
Procedure
- Log in to Outreach as an Admin.
- Click Administration > Records > Opportunities.
- Under General toggle on one or both of the following buttons:
- Closed won opportunities
- Closed lost opportunities
- Click Save.
Activities will now connect with closed deals.
