How to Connect Activities to Closed Deals

Objective

Enable the ability to connect activities to closed or lost deals in order to receive complete context around an opportunity.

Applies To

  • Outreach Admins
  • Deals

Procedure

  1. Log in to Outreach as an Admin.
  2. Click Administration  > Records > Opportunities.
  3. Under General toggle on one or both of the following buttons:
    • Closed won opportunities
    • Closed lost opportunities
  4. Click Save.

Activities will now connect with closed deals.
