How to Upload a Meeting in Kaia

Objective

Upload a meeting directly to Kaia within the Outreach platform.

Procedure

Uploading Recordings

1. Log in to Outreach.
2. Click Kaia.
3. Within Recordings click Upload recording.
   
4. Select a file to upload. The following files are supported:
   • mp4
   • wav
   • mp3
   • mov
   • m4a (max 2gb)
5. Click Upload.

Note: The user's Governance Profile must have the permission to "Upload recordings," and the user must have an Orchestrate license assigned to upload recordings to Kaia (How To Assign Licenses in Outreach for Kaia).

Filtering for Uploaded Recordings

Uploaded recordings can be found through using the Recording source is Uploaded File filter.
