Before You Begin

If an organization is using one of our supported telephony integrations and the call recordings are being written into Outreach using the integration, Outreach will automatically import these call recordings into Kaia.

This currently requires active integrations with one or more of the following providers:

  • Nooks
  • Orum

Note: Full Kaia functionality depends on user licensing.

Procedure

  1. Access the Outreach Platform.
  2. Go to Administration.
  3. Click Tools.
  4. Click Kaia.
  5. Toggle on the setting for Kaia call recording import from 3rd parties.
  6. Click Save.

Once imported, the call recording link shown in the Outreach call will be replaced with a new Kaia link. These Kaia recordings will have all the features you have come to rely on Kaia for based on your licensing.

Note: Importing is not instantaneous and may take more than 8 hours.
