When attempting to bring in users manually from Salesforce, an error occurs: "A Role with this name already exists in Outreach." This error is also blocking users from automatically being synced into Outreach.
Verify that the Role ID on the user's record in Salesforce matches the Role ID to a role in Outreach. See the example below.
This issue occurs when the user being imported from Salesforce is assigned a role that is not already in Outreach. We often see this occur because their are two identically named roles in Salesforce and the user has been accidentally assigned to one not mapped with Outreach.
