Requesting an Outreach Sandbox
If you need a sandbox instance for testing purposes, please contact your Account Manager who can assist you in setting this up.
If you're unsure who your Account Manager is, please submit a support request.
Managing Your Outreach Sandbox
Your sandbox will exist as an entirely separate instance of Outreach, with its own Outreach Production Environment designation and the Sandbox label.
We strongly recommend you:
- connect your Outreach sandbox to a sandbox instance of your CRM to avoid bringing in real prospect and account data
- generally avoid bringing in real (non-demo/dummy) prospect and account records/data to your sandbox -- sync in only test records from your CRM sandbox
To ensure your CRM Settings in Sandbox reflect your Production environment, at any point you can:
- export your CRM configuration from Production
- import this to your Sandbox so that those settings match
