How to Disable Open or Click tracking on an Org Level?

Objective

Showing the steps on how to disable open or click tracking for all emails sent with Outreach. 

Applies To

• Email Tracking
• Outreach's Admins

Procedure

1. ccess the Outreach Platform.
2. Click Administration in the bottom left corner of the navigation sidebar.
3. Click ORG Info.
4. Click the Email tab.
5. Under Tracking, uncheck the box for Allow open tracking for emails sent using Outreach and Allow click tracking for emails sent using Outreach.
6. Click on Save.
