Enable Meeting Prep Agent

Objective 

Enable Meeting Prep Agent within the organization and user profile.

Applies To

  • Outreach Admins

Procedure

Feature Enablement

  1. Log in to Outreach as an admin.
  2. Click Administration > Organization.
  3. Navigate to Org info > GenAI.
  4. Toggle on Meeting Prep Agent.
  5. Click Save.

Profile Enablement

  1. Log in to Outreach as an admin.
  2. Click Administration > User Management > Access Control.
  3. Select the appropriate profile.
  4. Toggle on Can view and generate meeting briefs.
  5. Click Save.
