Can I use Outreach's click-to-call with Zoom, MS Teams, or other meeting providers I have configured?

Answer

Click-to-call initiates a call/dialing interface powered by whichever voice service your org has selected as the default Voice Service in the org settings. If your org has subscribed to the voice services of Zoom Phone (natively supported in Outreach) or Teams Phone (third party integration), then it can be configured in Outreach org settings as the default Voice Service and used with the click-to-call feature.

However, Zoom, MS Teams, and other meeting (video conferencing) platforms on their own do not provide voice-only (VoIP) service, and click-to-call cannot be configured to start video conference meetings. Having these meeting services configured as the Outreach video conferencing provider does not imply that their voice services will also be leveraged for Outreach calling features and functions.
