How to View a List of Records via Bulk Actions and Import Logs

Objective

Explain how to view lists of records imported via Bulk Action logs & Import logs.

Applies To

  • Bulk Action logs
  • Imports via Outreach Everywhere Extension
  • Imports via CSV
  • Imports via CRM report

Procedure

  1. Log into Outreach.
  2. Click on "Administration".
  3. Under System Activity select "Imports".
  4. Adjust filters as desired.
  5. Click on the status of the import requiring additional details.
  6. Click on the successes, failures, and total to view list of applicable records. Note: Failed records may not be visible in Outreach.
  7. Successful imports will show a filtered list of applicable records.
  8. Failed imports will download a CSV with applicable records.

Additional Information

These same steps apply when accessing the "Bulk Action" logs as well.
