How To Cancel An "In Progress" Import

Objective

To inform Outreach users on how to cancel 'In Progress" imports.

Applies To

  • Imports

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration
  2. Expand System activity > Select Imports
  3. Select the Import that is in Progress and click cancel
  4. Click Yes on the Cancel batch action prompt.
