Objective
Uploading an updated SSO certificate if the current certificate is expired.
Applies To
- SSO
- Outreach Admins
Procedure
- Log in to Outreach as an Admin.
- Click Administration > User Management > Sign-in.
- Under Single sign-on click Edit.
- Locate the Identity Provider and click Edit.
- Navigate to the certificate.
- Click Choose file.
- Locate the certificate section and click choose file.
- Click Save.
