Why does the trigger preview button gray out when I add certain trigger conditions?

Answer

There are some trigger condition fields that will gray out and disable the trigger preview. This is due to how the fields are indexed on the backend, and the complexity of the search/filter when attempting to preview those conditions. The trigger will still work and execute after you enable it, you just will not be able to use the trigger preview when certain conditions are added.

Note: We are aware of this and looking to improve on it.
