Error when attempting to rearrange sequence steps

Symptom

When attempting to rearrange sequence steps, an error pops up: "Oops, looks like step 1 has prospects associated with it, and we don't let you re-order steps that prospects have already gone through."

Resolution

To resolve this issue:

1. Clone the sequence (more on creating and cloning sequences here)

2. Rearrange the steps in the desired order.

Cause

This issue appears when you are attempting to rearrange the steps of a sequence that prospects have already gone through.
