Why are my templates & snippets not appearing in my search when adding to an email or sequence?

Symptom

You are trying to add a snippet or template to your message and when you click on the Add template/snippet feature button, your template/snippet does not populate in the search.

Resolution

  1. Make sure your Google Chrome browser is up-to-date.
  2. Clear Cache and Cookies:

    • Clearing your browser's cache and cookies is a crucial first step in resolving template display issues. This ensures that your browser loads the latest version of the Outreach.io website and its resources.
  3. Access Outreach.io Directly:

    • It's important not to use bookmarks to access Outreach.io. Instead, type the website URL (https://www.outreach.io) directly into your browser's address bar. This will help avoid potential issues related to outdated bookmarks or saved session data.
  4. Extensions and Add-ons:

    • Sometimes browser extensions or add-ons can interfere with the proper functioning of websites. Disable any unnecessary extensions or add-ons and see if the issue persists.
