Unable to Use Outreach Functionality in my Outlook

Symptom 

The Outreach for Outlook Add-in is not functioning correctly or I am unable to use Outreach functionality in my Outlook.

Before you begin

Determining your Outreach Outlook Add-in Version: Outlook Add-in version can be confirmed based on the Send Experience. Users with a dedicated Send with Outreach button are running Outreach for Outlook Add-in 1.0.

Resolution

As of October 1, 2024, to continue having Outreach functionality in Outlook, please work with your Admin to both:

  1. Uninstall the legacy Add-in v1.0
  2. Migrate users to latest Outreach for Outlook Add-in version

Cause

If the add-in is not functioning correctly or capabilities are missing, this could be due to the usage of the Outreach for Outlook 1.0 Add-in version.

The Outreach for Outlook 1.0 Add-in was deprecated on October 1, 2024. Users with the 1.0 Add-in are no longer be able to access Outreach functionality directly from their Outlook inbox.
