Learn how to enable Outreach Omni.

Before You Begin
- The Omni Best Practices Guide contains full details on how to use Omni effectively
- Omni is enabled at the organization level
Procedure
- Log in to Outreach as an Admin.
- Click Administration > Organization > Org info.
- Click GenAI.
- Toggle on Omni.

- Click Save.
Omni is now enabled for the organization.
