Accessing Individual Revenue Agent Reporting

Objective

Learn to access performance reporting for individual Revenue Agents.

Overview

Revenue Agents now include direct access to the Sequence Performance Report, filtered for a specific agent and its associated sequences. You can evaluate the revenue impact and overall effectiveness of each agent from two locations: the Agent List View and the Agent Overview Page.

  • Both entry points open the Sequence Performance Report with filters automatically applied for the selected Revenue Agent.
  • No manual filter configuration is required.
  • This experience uses the existing Sequence Performance Report. No new reports are created.

Procedure

Access Reporting from the Agent List View

  1. Log in to Outreach.
  2. Navigate to the Agent List View.
  3. Locate the Revenue Agent you want to evaluate.
  4. Click the Reports link in the Reports column.
  5. The Sequence Performance Report opens, pre-filtered for the selected Revenue Agent and its associated sequences.

Access Reporting from the Agent Overview Page

  1. Log in to Outreach.
  2. Open a Revenue Agent to view its Overview Page.
  3. Click View Performance.
  4. The Sequence Performance Report opens, pre-filtered for the selected Revenue Agent and its associated sequences.

Once in the filtered report, you can review metrics including:

  • Opportunities Created
  • Pipeline Generated
  • Closed Won Opportunities
  • Closed Won Revenue

Additional Information

Are report filters applied automatically?

Yes. The Sequence Performance Report opens pre-filtered for the selected Revenue Agent and its associated sequences. No manual filter setup is needed.

Does this feature create new reports?

No. This feature adds navigation shortcuts to the existing Sequence Performance Report. No new reports are created.

Can I adjust the filters after opening the report?

Yes. Once the report opens, you can modify filters using the standard Sequence Performance Report controls.
