How To Connect a Calendar to Outreach – Outreach Support

Objective

Connect provider calendars (Google Calendar, Outlook, Exchange, etc.) to the Outreach Calendar.

Outreach recommends connecting the corresponding provider email to the platform prior to connecting a calendar to avoid additional steps required by some providers. (E.g., Add your Google-based email address to your mailbox first, then your Google Calendar.)
The Outreach calendar must be connected to one of the following approved provider calendars to sync meetings with the Outreach Platform:
- Google Calendar (GCal)
- Outlook
- Exchange
- O365
Contact an Outreach Admin for further assistance if the Calendar tab is not available in Outreach.
If meetings are not syncing correctly from the calendaring provider in Outreach and there are missing meetings or meetings showing up that have been deleted, it is recommended to reconnect the calendar, or deleting the calendar connection and sign in again.
Outreach will retroactively sync historic events, up to one year in the past.
Set long-term events to Available and Visible in order to display availability as applicable.
Outlook Users booking meetings with the Outreach may see time displayed in UTC while editing meetings. Users experiencing this issue must set the correct timezone in the applicable O365 account and the local Outlook application as Outreach pulls the timezone from the O365 API settings of each User. For more information regarding configuring O365, refer to the applicable Microsoft support article.

Log in to Outreach.
Click Personal settings.
Under Meetings, click Calendar Setup.
Click the applicable option to connect the provider's calendar to Outreach:
- Google Calendar
- Office 365 Calendar
- Exchange Calendar
Input credentials and adjust other available calendar setup options as applicable.
Click Save.
