The purpose of this article is to provide information to Outreach users regarding the daily activity report.

Team Performance: Daily Activity
The Team Performance: Daily Activity Report provides the ability to look at activities performed by users and teams in order to provide daily coaching. This report follows the user's timezone based on the Chrome Browser Time Zone settings.
- Today: 12 AM > now local time.
- Yesterday: 12 AM > 11:59 PM local time.
- This Week: 12 AM on Monday of the current calendar week > now.
Accessing the report
- Log in to Outreach.
- Click Reports > Team.
- Click Daily Activity.
Note: Reporting provides users with access to many powerful reporting features. For more information regarding these insights and reports, refer to the applicable content in the Additional Resources section of this article.
Outreach provides users the ability to filter reports to surface specific information. The Team Performance Daily Activity report can be filtered as described in the table below.
Displays content grouped by selected Teams.
Note: For more information regarding Outreach Teams, refer to the Creating Teams and Applying Team Filters article.
If a user was not a member of the team in a given time frame or if the user did not have matching activity given selected filters, they will not show in the report.
Displays content based on selected Users.
Note: If the user did not have matching activity given selected filters, they will not show in the report.
Important Metric Details:
- All activity is rolled up to the user that completed the action.
Daily activity displays metrics as described in the table below:
|The total amount of prospects sequenced by a user. Note: This is focused on who the sequencer is.
Total number of emails successfully delivered to prospects.
Total number of attempted outbound calls made and logged through Outreach.
|The total number of calls in a completed state (call data, not dispositions).
|Total Talk Time
|Sum of time spent on a call. Includes calls <1 minute.
|Avg Call Duration
|Average length of calls in a selected period. Includes calls <1 minute.
|Current overdue tasks
|Total number of open tasks in an incomplete state and a due date older than 1 calendar day or more.
