Yes, recorded calls can be listened in Outreach. To access recorded calls, access the Calls menu and search for any 'play icons' in the details section.
Note that you can also use the 'Recording exists' filter and save it as a smart view for an easier and faster access.

If this calls recording option is unavailable, contact the Outreach Admin to confirm call recording is enabled for the Org and/or Profile.
