Objective
The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach users in enabling or disabling the email notification feature in the Outreach platform if text messages are missed.

- Outreach Users
Procedure
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Click on the user's initials in the bottom left-hand corner of the navigation sidebar.
- On the Personal Settings landing page, click Notifications under the Voice menu.
- On the landing page, click to enable or disable the Get notified by email if you miss a text option under Notifications.
- Click Save.
Your account has been successfully updated.
Note: Notifications are sent to users within five minutes after a message is received. Notifications are one email per conversation if the conversation state changes from Read to Unread.
